"Raised our insurance without so much as a courtesy call and tried to force us to get a new roof even though the roof was replaced 3 years ago. So I canceled on the 15th since the location is horrible at returning calls, getting answers to anything or fixing problems quickly. They wouldn't send the payment back to my escrow account so now I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for my return check to get back into my escrow account before my mortgage is raised. 2 weeks is ridiculous. No tracking number, nothing but attitude from the guy i talked to. Where is my check?"

"I would advise against working with this particular agent. During the initial sales process, I received frequent calls—sometimes almost every hour—when they were eager to sell a policy. However, once I attempted to close the policy, communication became extremely difficult, with no responses for several days. I want to emphasize that my concern is not with State Farm as a company. I have previously worked with another State Farm agent and had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with this agent. To ensure clarity, I am attaching a screenshot of a State Farm customer service interaction. I am sharing this so the response does not default to a generic statement from Julie claiming that I am not her customer, which would not address the issue at hand. Overall, my experience with this agent has been disappointing, and I hope this feedback highlights the need for improved professionalism and responsiveness."
